Children's Praise'N Rainbows
Registration Information:
1. Please fill out one registration
form per child. The form can either be picked up at Praise or
printed from the web.
2. Include check (made payable to "CPR")
- $30 for 1 child
- $45 for 2 or more children
3 . Registration fees are non-refundable
4 . No registrations will be accepted without a check. (no cash please)
Order of Acceptance:
1. Current Families and Praise Members (received between 1/30/2007
and 2/5/2007).
2. New Families: mail-in only (received beginning 2/6/2007).
Processing of registrations begins:
2/13/2007 - Current families and Praise members
2/20/2007 - New families
Class verification will be mailed in early July 2007 (to find out sooner, you may call or stop in after the processing dates).
